The dblue Injector (urea injection system) is a key component for diesel engine exhaust treatment. Its core function is to convert nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust into nitrogen and water by injecting Adblue (automotive environmentally friendly urea), thereby reducing exhaust pollution.  ‌
Specific working principle
The urea injection system calculates engine speed, fuel injection quantity and other parameters through ECU to accurately control the urea injection quantity. When high-temperature exhaust gas passes through the SCR catalytic device, urea reacts chemically with NOx to produce harmless nitrogen and water, effectively reducing over 90% of NOx emissions in the exhaust gas.  ‌
importance
This system directly affects whether the emission standards of diesel vehicles meet the standards. If Adblue is not replenished in a timely manner or inferior urea is used, it may lead to excessive exhaust emissions and face the risk of fines or vehicle restrictions.  ‌
Maintenance suggestions
Regularly check the Adblue fluid level (usually located near the fuel tank), and the indicator light will light up to prompt replenishment when the fluid level is low. When adding, use qualified products to avoid contact with skin or inhalation of volatile substances.
